Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive recruitment across high-volume and corporate roles. You will identify, engage, and qualify candidates, building robust pipelines and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to meet multiple priorities.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches and diverse channels to map markets, target companies, and deliver qualified candidates within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recruitment sourcing or headhunting experience.
• Experience in high-volume and corporate hiring.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for volume, corporate and specialized roles.
• Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Map markets to identify target companies and industries.
• Engage passive candidates via calls, emails, LinkedIn and social channels.
• Provide updates on pipeline quality and hiring metrics.
