Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Solutions Analytics professional to translate business needs into data insights, dashboards, and operational reporting that support day-to-day execution and leadership decisions.

You will partner with Product Owners and Operations to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analyses, driving data standards and continuous improvement across payments operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent education and/or relevant business experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or business application design and development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using SQL and Python or Alteryx in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of banking operations, ideally including payment processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling fundamentals.
• Experience building BI reporting and visualizations with Tableau or Business Objects.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and/or the software development life cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating requirements between business and technology teams.
• Ability to synthesize analysis into clear takeaways and visuals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into analytical deliverables.
• Design dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to support management decisions.
• Develop and validate data queries, datasets, and logic across multiple data sources.
• Test and deliver high-quality insights using defined team standards and controls.
• Partner with Product Owners and Operations to refine requirements and implement new capabilities.
• Interpret performance trends and summarize findings for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer time-sensitive business questions.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and process optimization.
• Contribute within an agile delivery model to plan, prioritize, and execute work.
• Learn and apply new tools and techniques as the team’s capabilities evolve.
