Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Solutions Analytics professional to translate business needs into data insights, dashboards, and operational reporting that support day-to-day execution and leadership decisions.

You will partner with Product Owners and Operations to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analyses, driving data standards and continuous improvement across payments operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent education and/or relevant business experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or business application design and development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using SQL and Python or Alteryx in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of banking operations, ideally including payment processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling fundamentals.
• Experience building BI reporting and visualizations with Tableau or Business Objects.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and/or the software development life cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating requirements between business and technology teams.
• Ability to synthesize analysis into clear takeaways and visuals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

As a Senior Solutions Analyticsin the Strategy, Innovation & Governance Data team within Payments Operations, you will translate business needs into data insights, visualizations, and operational reporting that support day-to-day execution and leadership decisions. You will work with partners across product and operations to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analyses. You will help us strengthen data standards, reduce operational risk, and improve processes through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using SQL and at least one programming/analytics tool such as Python or Alteryx in a professional setting
• Working knowledge of banking operations, ideally including payment processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling fundamentals
• Experience building business intelligence reporting and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Business Objects
• Familiarity with agile delivery and/or the software development life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate requirements between business and technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize analysis into clear, audience-appropriate takeaways and visuals
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently under deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience querying enterprise-scale data warehouses and working with large, complex datasets
• Experience creating automated analytics or reporting solutions to reduce manual effort
• Experience using Alteryx to prepare, blend, and analyze datasets
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau for operational performance management
• Experience producing statistical summaries and exploratory analysis to support decision-making
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management across operations, product, and technology partners
