Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow professional to lead development, configuration, and implementation across IT, Employee and Customer workflows. You will engage with senior client stakeholders and drive design workshops, aligning technical solutions with the client's digital transformation journey.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of ServiceNow delivery, CIS certifications, strong front-end (HTML/CSS/AngularJS/Java/JavaScript) and system integration experience, plus

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of implementation experience in ServiceNow projects.
• CIS certification in at least 2 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC or ITBM.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Java and JavaScript.
• System integration experience using web services and related technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
• Experience extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team, meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Configuration, development, and support of IT, Employee and Customer workflows.
• Interact with senior management on client engagements and decisions.
• Analyse and document technical requirements for projects.
• Facilitate design workshops to capture customer requirements for configuration.
• Develop solution design documents including integration specifications.
• Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform integration tests.
• Knowledge sharing or mentoring within the team.
• Ensure design, quality, and repeatability documentation is available and understood.
• Influence assignments independently and make decisions.
• Provide practical solutions to complex business problems.
• Understand client vision and how ServiceNow supports digital transformation.
• Assist sales/presales through opportunity identification and POC/demonstrations.
• Provide high-quality expertise to gain client trust as the go-to advisor.
• Deliver successful outcomes in client engagements and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Engage in project meetings and plan implementations, identifying risks/issues.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
• Provide ServiceNow platform insights and roadmap considerations.
