ESP Global Services is seeking a Remote Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build, and own end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB and integrations. You will work with business analysts, architects and global stakeholders, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment while leveraging the AirportNow platform.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow consultant with hands-on ownership of end-to-end solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CMDB.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering ServiceNow integrations and platform-wide solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Integrations.
• Work on AirportNow, ESP’s ServiceNow-powered platform for airports.
• Influence architectural decisions and platform strategy.
• Collaborate directly with business analysts, architects, and global stakeholders.
• Own the full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, support.
