Qualifications

• 3+ years with ServiceNow in consulting/implementation.
• Hands-on configuration, development and administration.
• Profound knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Experience in client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, integrations, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions per requirements.
• Implement and enhance multiple ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions and recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and client meetings as needed.
• Uphold best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Upskill on new ServiceNow capabilities and certifications.
