Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application development or IT system administration.
• Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow and API integrations.
• ITIL experience or certification.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong documentation and ability to write clear work instructions.
• Good analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and manage ServiceNow configuration changes.
• Design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow features and enhancements.
• Integrate, manage and support ServiceNow.
• Incident and problem management.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, and delivery of training.
• Participate in and advocate the Agile methodology.
• Task estimation, evaluation of issues and risks.
• The implementation of proof of concepts with the goal of reducing project risk.
