Job summary
Maximo Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant in the Philippines. You will lead technical design and architecture, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and develop modules, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
The role requires hands-on scripting, strong ITIL/SDLC understanding, and the ability to mentor junior staff while engaging with stakeholders to ensure governance and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of ServiceNow consulting or development experience.
- Experience with enterprise ServiceNow deployments across multiple modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Design integrations with REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, developers and admins.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Ensure governance, best practices, release management, and platform standards.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and capabilities.
- Provide on-call support for major incidents and VIP requests.
