Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and/or CSM.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and consulting for ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical concepts.
• Review configurations and provide guidance to developers.
• Support testing, integration, and user acceptance activities.
