Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner in Manila/Taguig to deliver enterprise workflow solutions, combining deep platform expertise with AI-driven innovations. You will guide governance, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring teams to elevate platform capabilities in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and adherence to engineering standards in a hybrid on-site/remote

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience including architecture and custom development.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Experience in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships to align platform initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform capabilities and risks.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps.
• Define and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Oversee internal and external development teams ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.
