Job summary

Partners Group seeks a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to drive enterprise workflow solutions, improve user experience, and support business objectives. You will guide platform evolution, mentor teams, and promote continuous improvement in a hybrid, 3 days onsite/2 days remote model.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge, and a proven track record in enterprise programs. AI capabilities within ServiceNow are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience with architecture, modules and custom development.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale ServiceNow programs and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs and integration strategies.
• Experience in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships to prioritize platform initiatives and align with business objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform capabilities, risks and opportunities.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps.
• Define and enforce development standards, governance models and best practices.
• Oversee internal and external development teams, ensuring high‑quality code and configurations.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning and release coordination.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions for cross‑functional workflows and automation.
• Evaluate new capabilities and third‑party integrations to extend platform value.
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

We are looking for aSenior ServiceNow Product Owner to deliver and enhance enterprise workflow solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and support business objectives. The role combines deep ServiceNow expertise with AI-driven innovation, helping transform ideas and requirements into scalable digital solutions. As a senior technical contributor, you will drive platform evolution, uphold engineering standards, and mentor team members while promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Productivity & Quality

• Manage stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective request intake, prioritization, and alignment of platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform capabilities, risks, and opportunities.
• Balance technical feasibility, business impact, and resource availability to drive decision-making.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Define and enforce development standards, governance models, and platform best practices.
• Oversee internal and external development teams, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and configurations.
• Facilitate ongoing engagement with business units to understand needs, gather requirements, and define value-driven use cases.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated ServiceNow solutions that support cross-functional workflows and enterprise automation.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and third-party integrations to enhance platform functionality.
• Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Compliance

• Timely complete all compliance obligations and trainings, including relevant professional certification if applicable
• Thoroughly understand and guide team members on the compliance, security and operational responsibilities in your area of work.

What we expect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture, module implementation, and custom development.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise‑scale ServiceNow programs and managing cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Experience in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI capabilities within ServiceNow

Preferred skills:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Work Arrangement:

• Schedule : 1PM-10PM PHT
• Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days work form home. Mondays and Fridays are mandatory onsite days
