Qualifications

• 10 years of experience
• Proven experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, system hardening, technical design, and integration implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with external systems such as Entra ID, endpoint management, security platforms, and observability tools.
• Proficient in optimizing ServiceNow instance and database performance through advanced tuning techniques.

Responsibilities
