Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Senior Service Platform Administrator to configure, manage, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on security, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency while working with multiple product teams to grow your technical and professional competencies.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, upgrades, performance tuning, and integration, including SSO using SAML/OIDC, and strong knowledge of security practices.

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow, including upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, system hardening, technical design, and integration implementation.
• Hands-on expertise implementing SSO using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with Entra ID, endpoint management, security platforms, and observability tools.
• Proficient in optimizing ServiceNow performance and in ServiceNow development and administration.

The Service Platform Administrator serves as a key technical resource responsible for the configuration, management, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within Chevron.
