We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer – ServiceNow to manage, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on platform administration, configuration, performance optimization, system integrations, security, and upgrades to ensure reliable and efficient platform operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure system performance, availability, scalability, and security.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Handle platform upgrades, patches, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code is an advantage.
• Understanding of security practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent are preferred.
