Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven ServiceNow admin experience: upgrades, performance tuning, system hardening, and integration.
• Hands-on SSO experience with SAML and OIDC.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (Entra ID, endpoint management, security and observability tools).
• Advanced instance and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform stability and usability across production and non-production environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, administrative controls, and ACLs.
• Configure applications and modules to meet business needs and guide developers.

LOCATION and SETUP:

Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our IT Operations and Foundation team. The role is a key technical resource for configuring, managing, and maintaining the enterprise ServiceNow platform, with the opportunity to work across product teams and grow technical and professional skills.

To thrive in this role, you engineer the platform for security, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. You bring strong troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and work well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform stability and usability across production and non-production environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, administrative controls, and access control lists (ACLs).
• Configure applications and modules to meet business needs, and provide configuration guidance and support to developers.
• Conduct application maintenance, including performance monitoring, tuning, and issue resolution.
• Oversee incident support and troubleshooting for the platform.
• Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.
• Maintain a secure, hardened platform; establish and enforce security standards and data integrity.
• Validate technical designs and integration requirements for data exchange between systems.
• Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal applications or systems.
• Learn new capabilities and business processes quickly, and proactively lead new initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances: upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, system hardening, technical design, and integration implementation.
• Hands-on implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems such as Entra ID, endpoint management, security platforms, and observability tools.
• Proficiency in optimizing instance and database performance through advanced tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework is preferred.
