PeoplePlusTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our IT Operations and Foundation team.

The role focuses on configuring, managing, and maintaining the enterprise ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments. You will optimize security, reliability, and cost-efficiency, lead upgrades, and collaborate with product teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience.
Proven ServiceNow administration, upgrades, and integration.
Hands-on SSO implementation using SAML and OIDC.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (Entra ID, security tools).
Advanced instance/database performance tuning and SAFe familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure platform stability across production and non-production environments.
Manage user accounts, groups, ACLs and security controls.
Configure apps/modules to meet business needs and guide developers.
Perform maintenance including performance monitoring, tuning and issue resolution.
Oversee incident support and troubleshooting for the platform.
Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.
Maintain a secure, hardened platform and enforce security standards.
Validate designs and integration requirements for data exchange between systems.
Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal applications.
Learn new capabilities and proactively lead new initiatives.
