Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations with third‑party apps.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in customer requirements analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and implementation.
• Lead the implementation team to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and the customer to deliver high‑quality solutions and provide technical support.
• Manage, oversee and spearhead coding, configuration and integration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze customer requirements, develop technical solutions and participate in post‑implementation support.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems and align with business objectives.
• Monitor and review the work of less‑experienced team members.
• Enforce compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Contribute ideas and innovations to improve products and processes.
