You will work on ITSM implementations, integrations, automation, and platform enhancements while collaborating with technical teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

This role requires translating business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions with a focus on maintainable code and best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization.
• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, and related solutions.
• Configure business rules, client scripts, workflows, forms, tables, and user interfaces.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage and support ServiceNow API development.
• Optimize database queries, workflows, and overall platform performance.
• Apply coding standards and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments.
• Monitor junior developers and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts throughout implementation.
