Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an innovative Senior Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will design and customize scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate critical systems, and deploy Now Assist AI tools.

You will lead technical architecture, enforce governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agile outcomes. Qualifications include 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript mastery, CAD certification, and a strong ITIL background.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Expert proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services.
Familiar with ITIL principles and various ServiceNow modules.
CAD certification required; CIS preferred.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and mentoring in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: design, build, and maintain ServiceNow apps and integrations.
Advance Now Assist AI capabilities to increase automation.
Maintain Platform Governance and integrity including upgrades and compliance.
Bridge Technical and Business Needs with Solutions Architects and stakeholders.
