Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to deliver administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong governance, risk, and compliance capabilities along with IT service management expertise.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of software development experience, scripting in ServiceNow, and experience with core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, maintain, and provide technical support on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure robust solutions across ITSM, GRC, PMO/PPM and related modules.
• Lead design discussions, code walkthroughs, and peer programming.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, artifacts, and release methodologies (CM/CI/CD).
• Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions.
