Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will build, customize, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows, including AI-enabled capabilities, to meet internal business needs.

You will integrate systems, support Agile delivery, and participate in platform upgrades, working with a Solutions Architect to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and integrating third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
