Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly shape how our internal teams work by building custom applications, optimizing automated workflows, and implementing modern Now Assist AI capabilities across our ServiceNow environment. Working alongside our Solutions Architect, your technical problem-solving will translate everyday business needs into scalable digital solutions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Build & Customize Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and system features using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Advance AI & Automation: Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills, agents, and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline operational processes.
Integrate Enterprise Systems: Create and manage robust integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using integration spokes or custom APIs.
Support Agile Delivery & Upgrades: Collaborate in an Agile setting to build, test, and release solutions while conducting regular platform upgrades to ensure system performance and security.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and integrating third-party systems.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
