Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Engagement Manager/Project Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow CMDB and SAM implementations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure data quality and compliance across environments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience in hybrid work settings with on-site and remote collaboration. Prior Hi Tech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience in medium/large enterprises.
• Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB concepts and SAM capabilities.
• Strong scheduling budgeting and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CMDB and SAM projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical design with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans and effort estimates for CMDB data models and entitlements.
• Monitor progress with milestones and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed.
• Conduct status meetings and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
