Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration and administration.
• Strong experience designing and managing CMDB data models using CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB data model aligned with CSDM standards.
• Lead CMDB configuration, data onboarding, cleansing, and transformation activities.
• Act as the CMDB Subject Matter Expert (SME) across technical and non-technical teams.
