Job summary

Evora IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Lead for FSM/CSM to lead complex ServiceNow projects across global clients. You will design, implement and customize FSM/CSM solutions, and collaborate with delivery peers to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires hands-on FSM/CSM experience, strong architectural understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and a proven ability to mentor junior staff while engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in software development with 3+ years in ServiceNow implementation (CSM/FSM).
• 5+ years of overall technology experience across development, implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development lifecycles and client-facing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work on ServiceNow-based FSM/CSM implementations for global clients.
• Design and implement complex FSM/CSM solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Configure and build custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor and support junior team members through design guidance and code reviews.
