Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow exposure.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze and improve ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Management.
• Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC/IRM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM based on project requirements.
• Conduct workshops, UAT, requirement validation, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify process gaps and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions and improvements.
• Maintain BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and test scenarios.
