Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer to design and extend ITSM, HRSD, and other modules from a Manila office. You will implement integrations, optimize performance, and ensure code quality through reviews and standards.

This role requires hands-on development with JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP APIs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong debugging skills, and a developer profile aligned with ITSM and CSDM requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have: ServiceNow ITSM – CSDM, Developer profile, NOT business user
• Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules
• Experience with NowAssist and AI related configuration / development
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs
• Build and enhance modules (ITSM, HRSD, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development
• Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance
• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards
• Lead runbooks and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments
• Can work independently and within a team setup
• Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details
