STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) SINGAPORE is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, Service Mapping, and CSDM. This role defines technical strategy, establishes architecture standards, and ensures scalable, high-quality solutions supporting enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Experience designing ServiceNow integrations using APIs and integration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and Service Mapping.
• Design and govern CMDB architecture, data models, relationships, and CSDM alignment.
• Establish governance standards for data quality, access controls, lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Develop strategies to improve CMDB data accuracy through reconciliation, normalization, and automation.
• Provide architectural leadership for integrations, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure platform alignment and scalability.
• Review solution designs and provide technical guidance for platform enhancements and implementations.
• Support enterprise integration strategies using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and emerging platform capabilities.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and platform team members on architecture standards and platform capabilities.
