Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical/Functional Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, transformation, and implementation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a ServiceNow leader who can bridge business strategy and technical architecture, guide implementation teams, and design scalable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Develop solution architectures, data models, and integration strategies
• Lead ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
• Establish technical standards, governance, and best practices
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical direction
• Lead complex cross-module implementations and system migrations
• Develop ServiceNow platform roadmaps and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, business units, and infrastructure teams
• Evaluate ServiceNow products, modules, and emerging capabilities

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience
• Minimum 3 years in an Architect or Lead role
• Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Application Developer certification
• Experience with carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance strategies
• Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, and enterprise architecture
• Leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration patterns

Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: 45 hours/week
Onsite Requirement: At least 2x per week
