Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and incident analysis. You will work with the Data Analysts Team to deliver new reports, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on dashboards.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in ServiceNow analytics, SQL, and dashboard development, with ability to translate requests into actionable insights for leadership. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform Analytics, Google Looker and Tableau dashboards.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling and data integration.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and operational reporting.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements and communicate analytical insights to leadership.
- Experience applying AI/Generative AI technologies to analytics, reporting automation, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Handle new reports or dashboards requests.
- Work on incidents relating to possible dashboard concerns.
- Work on incidents relating to questions on generated reports.
- Train people how to use the generated dashboards.
