This role supports data governance, reports, and optimization initiatives across the organization, with a hybrid work setup and on-site collaboration thrice weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ServiceNow environment and handle ticket requests.
• Fulfil reporting, dashboard, and data requests from business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Sigma Computing.
• Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Develop automated data workflows and reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.
