ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, seeks an experienced Medical Scribes professional to join our expanding team in Makati, Philippines. You will work with skilled professionals prioritizing satisfaction and work-life balance, contributing to long-term success and life-long learning.

The role covers daily operations, quality management, coaching, reporting, training, and hands-on scribing tasks, with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables in the medical documentation process.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of any medical/medical allied course.
Has at least 6 months Team Lead / Supervisory / SME experience.
Has 2 years of Medical Scribes experience (Live Scribing).
Experience in ECW.
Averaging 50-60 WPM.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Amenable to night shifts.

Responsibilities

Plan daily workflow and assignments.
Monitor productivity and 40-chart target.
Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload.
Audit scribe documentation for accuracy.
Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.
Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
Create improvement plans and apply feedback.
Prepare weekly production and issue reports.
Provide leadership updates.
Train and onboard new scribes.
Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.
Convert diagnostic results into report formats.
Type full forms of medical abbreviations and jargon.
