Job summary

Ideal Tech Staffing is seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to support US healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient consultations and clinical information. You will help physicians maintain precise medical records and deliver efficient patient care.

Responsibilities include listening to physicians, documenting histories, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and ensuring EHR/EMR accuracy while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Scribe or similar documentation role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses, medications, and procedures.
• Excellent English listening and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document medical information, including patient history, symptoms, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
• Prepare and organize clinical notes based on physician preferences and documentation standards.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of entries in the EHR/EMR system.
• Clarify unclear information with physicians to ensure accurate documentation.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly to support an efficient workflow.
• Update and revise medical notes based on physician feedback.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.

As a Medical Scribe, you will play an important role in helping physicians maintain accurate medical records and deliver efficient patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Listen attentively to physicians during patient consultations and clinical discussions.
• Accurately document medical information, including patient history, symptoms, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses, medications, procedures, and clinical documentation.
• Excellent English listening comprehension and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow physician instructions and feedback.
• Willingness to work full-time and follow the required schedule.
