ISTA Solutions is seeking a Medical Scribe to join our expanding team in Makati. You will convert diagnostic notes into report formats, type full forms of abbreviations, and collaborate across departments to improve documentation quality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and a commitment to high-quality medical records. Night shift availability and a strong command of English are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any medical course.
• 1 year of Medical Live Scribing Experience.
• Experience in ECW.
• Averaging 50-60 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Amenable to working the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats.
• Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets.
