The role covers daily operations, quality management, coaching, reporting, training, and hands-on scribing tasks, with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables in the medical documentation process.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any medical/medical allied course.
• Has at least 6 months Team Lead / Supervisory / SME experience.
• Has 2 years of Medical Scribes experience (Live Scribing).
• Experience in ECW.
• Averaging 50-60 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Amenable to night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workflow and assignments.
• Monitor productivity and 40-chart target.
• Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload.
• Audit scribe documentation for accuracy.
• Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Create improvement plans and apply feedback.
• Prepare weekly production and issue reports.
• Provide leadership updates.
• Train and onboard new scribes.
• Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.
• Convert diagnostic results into report formats.
• Type full forms of medical abbreviations and jargon.
• Collaborate with team and departments to improve customer experience.
