Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Scheduling to lead long-term workforce planning for Fleet Operations and optimize crew scheduling strategies on a global cruise line platform.

This role requires strong analytics, data interpretation, and change-management capabilities to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams across travel, shipboard operations, and HR.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with statistics, economics or business education.
• Professional level experience in workforce planning, analytics, or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term manpower schedules for departments and positions.
• Design optimization solutions for crew scheduling needs of fleet operations.
• Interpret and use data to improve long-term and short-term planning.
• Provide recommendations to solve planning issues; perform root cause analysis when necessary.
• Design and implement process controls; generate and execute continuous improvement ideas.
• Provide information support for par level planning and related procedures in Fleet Operations.
• Coordinate logistics for sign-on/off; liaise with Corporate Travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources.
• Ensure effective communication with SMEs, Planners, Crew Assist, and Post Movement Analysts on manpower planning, recruitment, scheduling, and logistics.
• Comply with SQM, flag and port state legislation, CBAs and company policies in workforce planning.
• Provide complete and accurate employee data in HR systems for assigned departments and positions.
• Liaise with Crew Medical and HR regarding medical leave; liaise with Shipboard Operations on new build preparations.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
