Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analytics and workforce planning systems.
• Experience in workforce planning, analytics, scheduling, and logistics.
• Statistics, Economics, or Business education is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and design optimization for long-term manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term manpower plans (schedules) for departments and positions.
• Design optimization solutions for crew scheduling needs of fleet operations.
• Analyze data to improve long-term and short-term planning and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources for sign-on/off logistics.
