Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Analyst, Scheduling to support short-term workforce planning for Fleet Operations. The role follows established guidelines from Fleet Operations, Long-term Planner and the SME to ensure efficient crew scheduling.

Responsibilities include developing manpower plans, coordinating sign-on/off logistics, and maintaining accurate HR data. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Uses optimization techniques to improve processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term manpower plans (schedules) for departments and/or positions as assigned.
• Coordinates logistics for sign on/off, acting as liaison between Travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources.
• Ensures effective communication with SMEs, Long-term Planners and HR on manpower planning, recruitment and scheduling.
• Maintains complete and accurate employee data in the HR system for assigned departments/positions.
• Collaborates with Crew Medical and HR regarding shipboard employees on medical leave.
• Performs other duties as required.
