Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Scheduling to carry out long-term workforce planning and logistics for Fleet Operations, aligning with guidelines from Fleet Operations and the subject-matter expert.

You will design optimization solutions for crew scheduling, interpret data to improve planning, and provide recommendations to resolve issues, ensuring effective par level planning and timely sign-on/off processes for shipboard employees.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business analytics and workforce planning systems.
• Experience with long-term manpower planning and scheduling analytics.
• Ability to design optimization solutions for crew scheduling and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term manpower plans for departments and positions.
• Design optimization solutions for crew scheduling needs of fleet operations.
• Interpret data to improve long-term and short-term planning and recommend solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate sign-on/off logistics between travel, shipboard management and hiring sources.
