Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Engineer to design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors deployments. You will own complex platform changes, provide technical leadership across HR systems, and collaborate with HR, IT, and partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Role requires deep Employee Central expertise and at least one additional module, with strong Jira and Agile delivery experience. Sophos offers a remote-first model with global teams and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on SuccessFactors experience in a global org.
Deep expertise in Employee Central plus at least one other module.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for HR tech.
Experience delivering platform implementations and releases.
Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions across HR and IT.
Configure roles, workflows, data models, integrations and security.
Develop technical documentation and integration specs.
Coordinate testing, migrations and production readiness with vendors and partners.
Monitor health and performance; manage risks and defects.
