Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

You will translate business requirements into effective SF solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams. You will configure Employee Central and related HR processes, handle production issues, and work with offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
• Knowledge of Employee Central and HR processes.
• Understanding of integrations, SAP CPI, APIs, Integration Center, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.

• Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues.
• Work on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
• Develop and support integrations, interfaces, and enhancements using Integration Center, APIs, or SAP CPI.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
• Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams for timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors configuration and support.
• Good knowledge of Employee Central and HR business processes.
• Understanding of integrations, SAP CPI, APIs, Integration Center, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.
