Job summary

BNEXT INC. seeks a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead SAP SF solutions for client projects in Makati. You will implement, configure and test SAP SF modules, and provide expert guidance on functionality and usage to stakeholders.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SF modules.
• Experience with HR processes and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
