Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks a Senior HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for diverse clients. You will drive solution architecture decisions, run client workshops, and ensure project quality and timely delivery while mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRIS experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams; mentor team members.
