Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

You will translate business requirements into effective SF solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams. You will configure Employee Central and related HR processes, handle production issues, and work with offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
• Knowledge of Employee Central and HR processes.
• Understanding of integrations, SAP CPI, APIs, Integration Center, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules and processes.
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues.
• Work on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
• Develop and support integrations using Integration Center, APIs, or SAP CPI.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with users and offshore/onshore teams for timely resolution.
