This role is central to aligning business processes with technical execution, focusing on delivering high-quality SAP solutions that support the organization’s workforce management and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & Innovation: Proactively detect system gaps and design, propose, and execute effective technical or procedural solutions.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret complex user needs and translate them into detailed functional design specifications.
• System Maintenance & Enhancement: Oversee end-to-end system configuration, implementing enhancements and resolving technical fixes as required.
• Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain essential project documentation, including configuration guides, High-Level Design (HLD) specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Quality Assurance: Develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the integrity of solutions through detailed test plans and rigorous execution.

Candidate Requirements
