Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services L2/L3 Support Analyst to provide advanced application support, development, and maintenance for SAP Financial Risk and Financials solutions in our Manila office. You will ensure performance, security, and reliability of critical financial systems.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP HCM expertise and will perform Run-the-Bank engineering, incident management, and collaboration with HR, IT, and production teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, system, and integration issues.

Position Summary

The SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services L2/L3 Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced application support, development, maintenance, and operational stability for SAP Financial Risk and Financials solutions. The role combines Level 2 and Level 3 production support with development and enhancement activities to ensure the continuous availability, performance, security, and reliability of business-critical financial systems.

The successful candidate must possess strong expertise in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and will also perform Run-the-Bank (RTB) Engineering responsibilities, including maintaining, securing, monitoring, and supporting existing financial technology infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Application Support (L2/L3)

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, system, and integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring incidents.
