Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Senior HRIS Consultant to own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and lead client workshops. You will drive solution architecture decisions, mentor junior talent, and ensure project quality and on-time delivery, with mandatory team leadership accountability.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee cross-module integrations, and shape HRIS configuration strategy while guiding a high-performing delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

KEY TASKS:

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
  Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
  Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
