Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end HRIS module implementations. You will manage complex client engagements, guide senior and junior consultants, and ensure high-quality deliverables through design, configuration, and QA cycles.

The role requires deep HRIS expertise across Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Payroll, with strong client management and mentoring capabilities. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.

• Oversee solution design, configuration, QA, SIT/UAT, and signoffs.

Job description

Role Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization


• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns


• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness


• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
