Job summary

First Advantage, a global HR technology and data provider, seeks an experienced Salesforce Data Operations Lead to own intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce data changes and migrations.

You will partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive data quality, governance, and enrichment initiatives while mentoring a team of data stewards, engineers, and analysts across global projects.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Salesforce data operations, data stewardship, or CRM data quality, including at least two years leading a team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience working with director-level stakeholders during US Eastern business hours.
• Strong business analysis skills: elicit and document requirements and translate needs into governed data changes.
• Hands-on SQL and data manipulation experience, including joins, deduplication logic, profiling, and validation of large record sets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools or equivalent.
• Experience with account hierarchies and data enrichment providers such as ZoomInfo or Dun & Bradstreet.
• Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience supporting M&A data migrations or CRM consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce data operations, including intake, prioritization, and delivery of data changes and migrations.
• Manage the data team's Jira Service Management queue, triage, and service levels.
• Lead data platform migrations with field mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Serve as primary contact for Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on Salesforce data requests.
• Publish weekly data operations summaries and remediation plans with owners and dates.
• Lead a team of data stewards, engineers, and analysts; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Develop team capability in SQL and Salesforce data tools.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders on strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
