Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Support – Bid Team Pricing Assistant to join our team in Pasay. The role is hybrid with a night shift, focused on pricing submissions, bids, and RFQs.

You will coordinate pricing, support tender processes, and collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to deliver accurate proposals. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales support or bid roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, commerce, economics, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Tender Administration, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting and data validation.
• Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, tenders, bids, and pricing submissions.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-department liaison.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or sales support systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
