Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold outreach to potential clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present customized staffing solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
